I like LT vs. the Pats, especially as he is playing on an every other week fantasy basis. Best scores points, but is declining each week and the Chicago defense should do a good job preventing him from breaking a big run. With both of these guys, I feel like I'm relying on who will break a screen.

Stefano Manno: Better team, better player right now.

Anonymous Coward: Stafford is a stud and even against the Bears defense Stafford should be able to connect with Best to run yards even if they are small ones.

Chris Parker: jets offense is just terrible. best has a better shot at home on the big stage

Christopher R Mann: This is a superbly close call. But if you look at how Chicago has done vs running backs.. nothing that impressive.. specially vs small cutback running backs... Also best is great at catching out of the backfield and will pull out alot of yards through the air / screens.

smacksaw: Best is trending downward, you are correct. But as the #1 RB, he still will get the bulk of the plays no matter how the game situation develops. LT is still (inexplicably) the #2 behind Shonn, and really, depending on the flow/situation of the game, he could be used very little. Or, if he's used a lot, he could see as much action as Best. Thus, Best is the safer bet.
